Princess Mandy Mo was born January 28, 1981. She is Chinese-American. Both of her parents are from Hong Kong, China. Princess was born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida. Growing up, her mother put her through dance classes such as ballet, tap, jazz, acrobat, contemporary, and hip hop. Although, it was fun for her this wasn’t her dream. She was living her mother’s dream. Princess was always very creative. The majority of her attire growing up was all custom-made by her mother. Her mother was a seamstress, however her taste in fashion was not as impeccable as her sewing abilities. Princess decided to pursue her career in fashion. She later learns she’s not as hands on like her mother was in the construction department. She realizes she likes the creative design aspect more in the fashion industry.

Late in 2007, Princess received her Bachelors of Fine Arts in Fashion Design and Marketing. She decided to develop her own line of clothing apparel and accessories called Yummy Couture Addiction. She always found difficulty in finding clothes that fit her properly so she designed a line of apparel that would fit small/petite women like herself. She had no connections in the fashion industry to help her with the fitting so she decided to model her own brand of clothes that she designed. She hired a photographer to take professional photos of her line of clothing and then that is where she found her true passion and love for modeling. Princess continued to design but she kept battling her new found desire to be in front of the camera. After a couple of years, she decided to put her design business on hold and follow her dreams to become a high fashion, bikini, lingerie, glam, fitness model and actor.

She is most known for being an Ice Cream Queen/spokes model for Justin Price’s, Aphrodisiac Ice Cream. It is Miami’s sexiest Ice Cream Truck. You may recognize Princess from a few hit TV shows such as TruTV “South Beach Tow”, The Travel Channel “Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern”, The CW “Miami Fit TV”, Telemundo “Nitido”, Oxygen “Find Me My Man” and various music videos. She has worked with photographers such as Justin Price, Inline Photography, Future Photography, R Photography, JA Photography, Urban Stylz Photography, WDI Models, Kennedy Films, Joe TPhotography, Bryan Almeida, The Black Tape Project, and many more.

While Princess maintains her career in front of the cameras and beyond, she is a single mother of two french bulldogs named Princie and Kitty. In order for her to stay fit for TV and cameras she is usually in the gym about 2 hrs a day strength training, Crossfit training, and in the kitchen cooking up some lean, mean, healthy meals. She enjoys inspiring and motivating others to live a more fit and healthy lifestyle. Stay tuned and check out her Blog about health and fitness related tips!
